Liberty Health Sciences Inc., a provider of high quality pharmaceutical
grade cannabis, announced today that it has doubled its cultivation space in
Florida with production commencing at its Liberty Health Sciences 360
Innovation Campus in Gainesville in response to the growing demand by Florida
patients. The Company received permission to commence production at the 360
Campus while a retrofit of the facilities is being completed. The Company's
Chestnut Hill facility continues to operate at full capacity.
The Company also announced that it has five more leases in place for
Cannabis Education Centers including: Boca Raton,
Gainesville, Winterhaven, Palm Harbor and Sarasota.
In accordance with the Company's rapidly expanding presence in Florida,
production of Liberty's newest and highly anticipated offering to consumers,
Mary's Medicinals, has commenced production. The entire award-winning line

Aurora Cannabis Inc. announced today that it has entered into a letter
of intent whereby Aurora intends to acquire the cannabis business of HotHouse
Consulting Inc., a provider of advanced greenhouse consulting services.
Founded by industry veteran Laust Dam in 2004, HotHouse specializes in
hybrid greenhouse growing techniques. Since its founding, HotHouse has
consulted on a variety of agricultural crops but has focused in recent years on
the specialized requirements of large scale cannabis production. With more than
70 years of combined experience, HotHouse's team of consultants currently
provide services for approximately 50 customers globally. Upon closing of the
acquisition, Laust Dam will join Aurora Larssen Projects ("ALPS") as
VP of Horticultural Development.
Canopy Growth Corporation announced that it has completed the previously
announced acquisition of Canopy Health Innovations Inc. ("CHI"),
including the subsidiary operations of Canopy Animal Health Inc.
("CAH"). The Company believes its strategy of integrating and
aligning CHI's clinical platform with the international work of Spectrum
Cannabis, will accelerate its comprehensive research programs, build evidence
around Canopy products and formulations and ultimately improve patient
access to medical cannabis globally.

Incorporating CHI into this ecosystem as a wholly-owned subsidiary will

CannaRoyalty Corp., a leading North American
cannabis products and brands company, today announced that it plans to release
its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018 on Thursday,
August 23, 2018 at 6:30 a.m. ET.
The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at

substances utilizing submicron particle engineering. SoluBest then achieves
clear powder formulations through a spray drying process. Submicron technology
has been proven in pre-clinical trials to significantly enhance bioavailability,
and therefore drug performance. Dissolution profiles in intestinal media
demonstrate a high dissolution rate and saturation solubility resulting in
improved drug absorption, at a rate 10-15 times greater than control.
In 2016, cannabinoid edibles accounted for approximately 16% of U.S.
